A class M driver license is required in order to legally operate a motorcycle in Texas. Completion of the 15 hour Basic Rider Course (BRC) satisfies the prerequisite for obtaining the class M. We provide the course on most weekends.
We supply the motorcycles. We have helmets and gloves. All you need is long sleeves, long pants, sturdy over the ankle shoes (boots) , the ability to balance on two wheels, and a desire to have fun!
The motorcycle rider course that is designed for the beginner, but a GREAT refresher for those with experience too. The motorcycle class provides insight to the principles and processes necessary to safety ride on public roads, streets, and highways. A motorcycle driver course is recommended for everyone!
Motorcycle Safety Foundation, Texas DPS safety course
A 3 hour online prerequisite course that you complete at your own pace. You are able to take the course over and over if you like, but the completion certificate will only print the original students name on it.

If you do not complete the course during the same weekend session, or if class cancellation notice is not provided to us at least 48 hours in advance of your class start date, or if you show up without the required eCourse completion certificate:
Each eCourse coupon code is valid for a single user. If you give your coupon code to someone else, their name will be on the certificate which will require that you get a new coupon for your use. Once issued, the coupon works for a very long time.
Take your skills to the next level
Developed by former national champion motorcyclist Lee Parks, this course is designed specifically for returning riders 18 years of age or older, and for those that have been riding for years without a motorcycle license.
The IRC is challenging and exceptionally fun, but not a beginner course. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, well-practiced with basic motorcycle skills, and must supply their own 2-wheel street legal motorcycle.
This course presents intermediate-level riding skills required to safely operate a full-sized motorcycle, and the basic psychology of riding. No beginner skills are presented.
Be at least 15 years of age, have a valid class C learners permit, or valid driver license (any state), and the ability to balance a bicycle (two-wheels).
We provide the motorcycles, plus we have loaner helmets and gloves if you don't already have those.

This website should answer most of your questions and address a majority of your concerns. Although we have a physical classroom, and motorcycle riding range we don't have an office staff. An online office helps us keep costs down and keep you informed 24 hours, 7 days per week.
